How's the FPS? 😬
@TayMcKenzie There are dense areas near the House which can bring the FPS dramatically down for a few seconds. But most of the map is stable, because it´s not so dense.

@whatsaUsername. This is really beautiful. Can you do the beach sand even whiter and the water even more tropical clear like Tahiti? Its close, but would be cool if it was even lighter clear blue like the Caribbean, Bora Bora, Tahiti.

Does this have invisible walls and floating Palm trees?
Do I need to own Perico Island first?
Does this heavily affect the FPS?, if so, how bad is it?
