This is my first ever released mod, I'm sorry if it's not the BEST quality.
You need:
Map Editor https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/map-editor
Script Hook V http://www.dev-c.com/gtav/scripthookv/
Script Hook V.net https://github.com/crosire/scripthookvdotnet/releases
Installation instructions;
1. Drag the "FIB.xml" into you main GTA directory (containing GTA5.exe)
2. Start Grand Theft Auto V and press "F7" in game to get the map editor UI and select "Load Map" and type "FIB" manually or search via file chooser.

needs more bombs, guns, C4, and everything from Bikers and Executives update.... concept: FIB Seized assets..... the pallets of stuff from executives update like the paintings, electronics, ammunition etc.. weed, cocaine, forged documents etc.. from bikers.. that would be my suggestion...maybe even some lowriders, bikes, and trophy trucks (transport vehicles).... possibilities are endless
