About time Franklin's house had some new stuff

The file "Franklin Mansion.ymap.xml" is in the folder "Addon". That's what you mean?
Droping it in OPEN IV will transform to ymap format.
I like it a lot. It adds a little futuristic/ultra modern look to Franklin's house. Not over the top. Just right. Great work.

Will this work for GTA V on epic store?
@Dragon_Blade1 Yes, but remember to disable all your mods to play online.
@Skolimowski How do we disable the mods
@Charlie_2645 So, it will really depend on what mods do you have installed.
If you have addons in the "mods" folder, just open OPENIV and click in Tools > ASI Manager > Uninstall;
If you have scripts you need to rename dinput8.dll so that the scripts don't load.
But as I said, it will depend on what types of mod do you have.

@Skolimowski Pretty nice lightning mod. Well done. Also thanks for an inspiration to combine Graphic mods. So which ENB Preset do you use? Just asking because you mention besides Visual V, Quant V the ENB binaries, but no Preset for the ENB. :-)
In which install order do you install the listed Graphic mods? 1.) Visual V 2.) Quant V 3.) ENB?? Or do you use ENB Preset from Visual V?
@xcaps Hello, sadly I dont remember the order, but I used the default ENB preset. The combination made a nice graphic, even better than the photos.
Hands down one of the best simplistic mods the changes the game in a big way! Hope you do some of BigShaqNOKetchup's add on house and micheals as well!
I have not yet found the way to install this mod add on without having to load it by menyoo. Can someone help me please ? I put the file in dlcpacks/custom_mapsdlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/_citye/maps/custom_maps.rpf and still nothing.
