2: Put the sandyss.ymap files into
GTA\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\custom_maps\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\_citye\maps\custom_maps.rpf

If you want darker benches you can download "Bench prop's retexture" and install it to:
\x64i.rpf\levels\gta5\props\recreational\v_sports.rpf\
