7. Move Party Island.xml file from the .zip into your GTA 5 main directory/MenyooStuff/Spooner,
8. while in-game open menyoo/object-spooner/manage-saved-files/Party Island.xml/load-placements

How to install
Open OpenIV tool click (edit mode) then go to GTAV/ mods/ update/ x64/ dlcpacks/ custommaps/ dlc/ x64/ levels/ gta5/ citye/ maps/ custommaps
inside of the custommaps.rpf file press right click and (import OpenFormats), then import Party Island.ymap
If you don't have custommaps folder or custommaps.rpf file then download latest (MapBuilder)

@ikON cheers dude, I soon realised but didn't want to double comment, saw it on my phone and assumed cos it was xml by default i'd have to tinker and remove peds to avoid ME2YM error. Thank you though because it does work and will help people if @Gamer9999 doesn't want to add ymap in a future update. When I get a chance i'm going to look for a nice area in Cayo Perico and merge it with a bridge

This map kind of reminds me of a game called Dead Island!
the mod is really great but there's little glitchy on the island you can see water coming in on the floor and the spaces on the tables and chairs its not enough I couldn't seat down
