This mod add a house just nearby the alamo sea, i detailled the interior as much as i can. It contain 2 room and 1 garage.

Requirements :

-ScriptHook V

- ScriptHook V .NET

- Map Editor

- Map builder IV

Installation :

Just drag and drop " residence1 " to game folder,
Once in game open map editor / load map / XML and type "residence1"

Know bugs :

The garage door may not working for you, just delete it or if you want a working garage door, delete it and add another door.
If the new garage door don't work make sure you have selected the case " dynamic " in the item properties.
