Save zone located on the top of the building Vespuci.
Equipped with surveillance cameras and a helicopter pad.

installation: place the "Safe Zone of Building" in the folder "Spooner"
D:\Steam\steamapps\common\Grand Theft Auto V\menyooStuff\Spooner
place the file in the folder "Spooner"

Over time, the Safe Zone will be updated
