There is uncontrollable area in Paleto Bay. Storm it! Kill all enemies! And raise your flag! (Use Marshall vehicle. To change flag on them use trainer>color menu>Liveries)
Update 1.2: double object is deleted.
Tanks deleted and replaced with destroyed bus.
Update 1.1: road block barrier is now destroyable. So you may put your bodyguard squad inside.
Requirements:
Map Editor.
Trainer like Enhanced Native Trainer or Simple Trainer.
Installation:
Copy ChangeFlag.xml to gta v folder and load it via Map Editor.
It will be better if you choose 'no pedestrians' and 'no cars' in trainer.

Ppl always ask for help and the ppl who know what to do and are always on this site don't ever say shit to help. The file called ChangeFlag so in mapeditor type ChangeFlag with caps on c and f and load it. great mod thanks.
