This mod spawns a Rally Track (Winewood Hills-Banham Canyon T-1)
Put the xml (WRCCAT.xml) in the gta v main folder , and load it with map editor.
YOU NEED MAP EDITOR
YOU NEED A SIMPLE TRAINER TO MARK THE NO CARS OPTION¡¡¡¡

If you like it i will release other version with peds an more cars.
Very large stage , mixed (tarmac and gravel , like the real one :)

Hey, it crashed while loading up through GuadMaz's Map Editor.
@Ryank02 I use GuadMaz's map editor too and no problem , make sure that you activate the no cars option , it takes a little bit to load , like 30s in my i7
@Ryank02 I mean if it shows "loading..." for 30s or more is normal
