I use ENT for the same thing, but speeds are limited to 30 mph increments. I have it set at 60. It's funny when cars explode from getting hit by the train because they were sitting on the tracks at a train crossing.

Not the "FASTEST speed ever" but still, way better than my first mod, so I can't entirely complain about much of anything.
