This is a small LSPD fix that I made for myself, but maybe someone will be interested in it.
What does this mod do?
He makes minor adjustments to emergency services.
The ambulance and fire department arrive faster when an NPC dies or when a fire breaks out.
Some changes in the number of police officers at different wanted levels.
Added variability of police cars in the city.
Changed some weapons of the police and special forces, Shotgun > SMG.
Slight decrease in NPC shooting accuracy.
INSTALLATION:
1) Use OpenIV.
2) Paths for files:
2.1) "pedaccuracy.meta" in common.rpf/data/ai
2.2) "dispatch.meta" in update/update.rpf/common/data
2.3) "loadouts.meta" in update/update.rpf/common/data/ai
3) For correct work, a mod is required: https://ru.gta5-mods.com/paintjobs/lspd-granger (need install only textures, not text files)

1 - one patrol car (female crew is possible).

@Reyser I was in a very rush and forgot to make an important change, I do not plan to download updates or other versions anymore in the near future.
@-Tesumoto- That's not a reason to be uploading multiple files. Why don't upload just one?
@Reyser I thought it would be easier for users to download the required version and not get confused in them.
In future I can upload everything in one archive, that's not a problem.

Does the mod make any changes to the 911 call the protagonists can make? Ive been looking for a mod that allows us to call Noose, just as we can call the police.
