Clear view right under water, but kept low visibility deeper. Removed all blurs DOFs and Vignette effects. Original water distortions are untouched fog adjusted to clear up right below surface. In extreme depth like on pic3 some blur and noise distortions remain.
timecycle_mods_1.xml - is needed for under water high
underwater_deep.xml - for deep waters
I never been fan of cheap blurring effects nor DOF unless aiming with scope or anything like it.
Use OpenIV and replace
timecycle_mods_1.xml at - update\update.rpf\common\data\timecycle
underwater_deep.xml at - common.rpf\data\timecycle

Dude can you make a mod to walk under water? It would be so cool when used it this! Please try this one man. Is it possible?
@Fase
https://www.gta5-mods.com/misc/indian-ocean-water-mod
I downloaded this before I had an account.
Now I have an account, I can give ratings, so 5*.
@tall70 can u give tutorial use this mod using gta 5 redux timecycle file.. i mean give code lines where to modify
@DanialADH This is obsolete version, so i had to look what i've done there....in timecycle_mods_1.xml use only three underwater groups...and in underwater_deep.xml use only fog lines.
Does this "fix" the weird draw distance thing? I'm using the tsunami mod because Im gonna make a short movie as soon as scripthook is updated. But when I'm under water i can only see like a block and then there's this "wall. I had the draw distance on max and it didnt change anything.

@McKeviin original underwater farclip distance is only 500, i raised it to 5000 in this mod, so you can do it to your preference same way
@tall70 Thanks, is it in the water.xml file in common.rpf? If yes, wich line? or lines
or maybe the watertune?
@McKeviin In underwater_deep.xml far_clip line
@tall70 thanks :)
Nice,
one brother
@tall70 can you write us which lines have to be eddited? Already have edited timecycle :/
^Same request as Armani
where is the lines man????
one of the most usable mods. Perfect
Hi,
I wouldn't say I'm doing something wrong, but it looks like the mod doesn't work on social version 2060.1 ;((( ???
I even removed the original mods folder (I have Redux), scripts folder and all *asi files from the root folder - I created a new mods folder in it, modified both *rpf files - so I basically tried to use the mod for a vanilla game and the water looks like see screen: https://ctrlv.cz/7Nki
No performance issues...it actually kinda gives me a small fps boost for some reason. Daddy InkLeak approves.
10 out of 10!!
Looks absolutely stunning!!!
