Hello everyone!
I decided to bring some ocean awareness to you guys. I personally love the ocean and marine life and I could go on and tell you why we should save the oceans, but this isn't the place to do that. I can say that the oceans are important to our survival and I cannot be more serious about that. Please enjoy this texture and I hope it will at least enlighten you to research and help the oceans!
Make back ups first!!!
1. Download and extract the folder
2. Go to mods/x64h/levels/gta5/props/roadside/v_utility
3. Click edit mode and drag and drop.
If you don't have a mods folder click asi manager and click install openiv.asi. Go into that location, click edit mode, and it will ask you to copy it to your mods folder. CLICK YES!! I am not responsible if you didn't read this part and skipped adding it to your mods folder.
