With this overhaul of the cellphone animations for the player, you will now be able to use the AI's wander animations for both male and female peds. Texting and calling animations have been changed to the AI's and clicking the email while on the cellphone will trigger idles to play for the texting!

Open IV (needed for all modding purposes):

Provided in the download archive is an OIV package both for installing and uninstalling via Open IV. Simply drag the OIV package file to your desktop and install it through OpenIV from your package installer located in your tools bar.
Then you're done!
Please note that this mod does make changes to the clipsets.ymt so be sure to back up your original and make sure this does not conflict with your other mods.

I have noticed that the female ped is not able to use the cellphone while in first person. I don't even know if she was able to do it in the first place, but this is the only issue I am aware of at this time. The male ped works both first person and third person!
Please let me know in the comments if you all experience any other issues with this mod other than the one listed above, and as always thank you for the continued support!

- Add more base idle animations if I can figure out how.
- Fix the female ped's first person phone anims.
- Change the selfie animations to something more enjoyable.

This is dope, something that'll make it better is to make phone calls. As most peds have lines for that and I think it'd be cool to have!
Hello, is it possible to use the male animations for female? i do not really favor the arm flaying and selfie pics when just idle.
@jjj777 It can be changed via a simple animation replace if you know what your doing. I personally like having the females be different from the males animations as it just follows how rockstar made it for the NPCs. Just look at how this mod functions via the files included in the download archive and feel free to edit them to your liking. There are helpful tutorials on YouTube as well if you wish to learn how to edit meta files. I don't think I will be updating this mod in the future to give the female any male animations.

@WolfFire23309 If you ever do update this mod, pretty please try your hardest to remove the phone overlay in the bottom right. I saw there was a discussion about it a while ago and you said you may try to fix it when you get around to updating it. Just cosigning it to make it more important.
@roccowtw I have planned to try that when I do work on this mod again in the future. No promises on if I can get that to work with removing the phone overlay on the bottom right of the screen, but I will certainly try 💯. It would be a cool feature to include as an optional thing once I update it!

@WolfFire23309 Is there a way to share the specific lines you changed? I use another clip_sets.ymt file from WOV because it allows npc to carry boxes around the map while walking. With your clip_set file they only carry the boxes with one hand like a bag, but I would like to use both mods. Your cellphone mod is great.
@HumbleHustleCC Hey I am glad you like the mod, so it is unfortunately old in mod terms and I have kind of forgot what I even did to get it to work. I'd recommend installing this mod's clipset file and copying the lines for the items of these ycd files I'll list below, and adding it as a replace for those lines in the modded clipset's file for the WOV mod. Then it should work alongside it just fine. Hope this helps in some way as I don't really have any other way of explaining it.

@WolfFire23309 Thanks, I tried that but your file doesn't translate to readable lines. It looks coded or encrypted and I can't edit with .txt
@HumbleHustleCC You have to export it to xml with the rpf explorer from codewalker. Its the only way that file is readable/editable.
