This is something I originally created for Xbox 360, but also works on PC.
What it does:
This will replace the opening title sequence displaying the Rockstar and Rockstar North logos with those of GTA San Andreas with the authentic "spray paint" effect.
How to install:
1. Extract the rockstar_logos.bik from the archive.
2. Run OpenIV and navigate to the "Update" folder.
3. Open the update.rpf file.
4. Open the "x64" folder.
5. Open the "movies" folder.
6. Right-click on the rockstar_logos.bik file and select "replace".
7. Choose the extracted file.
That's it! Open the game and enjoy that ol' San Andreas vibe.
Requirements:
OpenIV 2.6: https://www.gta5-mods.com/tools/openiv
You MUST install the GTAV ASI plugin for OpenIV. It will prompt you to do so upon opening.

Nice!
@CUBENinjaGaming Thank you! :)
wait you can edit files now ? Hell yea i can start making some models :)
I am so happy that people love modding so much, makes for one hell of a community and an even better game!
@Proudnoob4 You can! :)
@CUBENinjaGaming I couldn't agree more!
Holy moly! I love OpenIV!!!
Cool. I'm definitely using this mod.
Also, if you delete the file, it will remove the intro videos, allowing you to get into the game that much quicker. Has anyone figured out how to remove the legal screens as well?
So much win i love it
@vithepunisher Thank you :)
@Oak I delete it, but when i start the game , it still play the videos...why....
@jeason1997 You need to delete it from the common.rpf AND the update.rpf
Now all that's left to do is figure out a way of replacing the intro loading screen music with that of San Andreas, that would be EPIC!
@HazardousRoman This mod brought a legit tear to my eye ^_^
@HazardousRoman You mean the main menu music? Yeah, I bet that if you searched a bit in OpenIV, you'd eventually find the music. From there on it's just to download the San Andreas loading music, but be aware I'd play right after the first legal screen is shown, and loops all the time, so it can be a bit annoying if you i.e. have to change settings...
@HazardousRoman I know how to do it, but currently the containers for the audio files aren't access able.
@InstaREKT I know how to do it, but currently the containers for the audio files aren't access able.
ROCKSTAR VANCOUVER!!!!
