This translates Basic Parking Enforcement to Swedish. The first menu is still in English but when you create a ticket everything is in Swedish. You might need to change the currency to "sek".
INSTALLATION:
1. You need to download this first->https://www.lcpdfr.com/downloads/gta5mods/scripts/33307-basicparkingenforcement-go-get-em-paydisplay-tickets-more/
2. You just drop this in your GTA directory
3. Run your game
