Last time I put my GTA V to minimun graphics,it was worst then that.

I don't Think that this for actual low end computers. This is more for Computers that Are slightly below the
minimum requirements. My computer is way of the minimum requirements, But I use the HD Low End Mod and it works great. It also looks great. But I still rate Five Starts because it can prove to be useful for several people.
