Cloud types affected:
- Wispy
- Clouds
- Clear 01
- Horizonring
Update 2.0:
- Added OIV Install for newer users
- Should replace cloudy/clear/horizonring clouds now as well.
Recommended graphics mod:
-Natural Vision Evolved
-Realism Beyond
Installation:
mods / update / update.rpf / x64 / levels / gta5 / cloudhats / v clouds.rpf
However, if you go there and dont see anything, you have to get it from here:
x64b.rpf / levels / gta5
Issues:
-IS NOT PERFORMANCE FRIENDLY, EXPECT FPS DROPS
-CAN LOOK BAD/WEIRD AT CERTAIN TIMES DEPENDING ON YOUR GRAPHICS MOD, BE WARNED.

@itsyaboi0008 i installed via openiv installer and the clouds in realismbeyond still look the same not changed like in your photos on a cloudy day. any ideas?

@jjj777 You might have to make the clouds more visible by doing some manual timecycle edits, as that's what causes it.
