Hi,
This is a livery I made for my server Beyond Roleplay, and is based off of modern paramedic vehicle designs. It's still a work in progress, and I will be updating it sometime in the near future.
You can obtain the vehicle from here:

To put my livery on this vehicle, you open the ytd file in OpenIV and replace "tahoe_sign_1" with the livery I provided. You then replace the existing ytd file with the one in OpenIV. You're good to go at this point.
