This vehicle is "Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department" of the Ford Crown Victoria is the version (Japan, police jurisdiction over the Tokyo).
It should be noted that the Crown Victoria is a reality has been changed to Toyota logo Ford logo Because you are not using in Japan the police. There are other minor changes.

It should be noted that the light bar may be appear blue depending on the location, time of day and angle because it has to change the color in the texture, because of the lack of technology, please understand.
