no it is not bro sorry, I can see you are new too this, what you have is a skin, that was the first of things to be changed before you were able to add cars

its a modification to the stock game,, the only mod you have is a retexture of a vehicle, so just shut up yes I know you did a modded car but that's no big deal, people in your comments say hat they see no difference so im sorry but you also are new to this...
