For The GTAV F-4EJ
Added paint for Australia, Egypt, Greece, Iran, Israel, Turkey and the USAF, re-tasked from one of my previous mods.
New liveries for SkylineGTRFreak's F-4EJ here https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/f-4ej-kai-phantom
Because of the numbering of the .dds files, you will need to add my previous F-4EJ paint, here: https://www.gta5-mods.com/paintjobs/requested-and-not-requested-paint-for-skylinegtrfreak-s-f-4ej
Once installed with their instructions, open the dlc.rpf with OpenIV
Follow this path to the file to add/overwrite:
...\GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\f4ej\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\vehicles.rpf\f4ej1.ytd
If you wish to retain the original livery, while in OpenIV, extract the file f4ej.ytd and f4ej1.ytd. I typically extract the original .ytd to the same folder as the dlc.rpf and rename it to orig_f4ej1.ytd.
When ready to overwrite, toggle "Edit mode", top right button, and drag f4ej.ytd and f4ej1.ytd from the extracted zip file and drop here:
...\GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\f4ej\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\vehicles.rpf\f4ej.ytd
...\GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\f4ej\dlc.rpf\x64\levels\gta5\vehicles\vehicles.rpf\f4ej1.ytd
Because the original .ytd file was getting large enough to crash the mod, to use the new paint in f4ej1.ytd, you will need to overwrite the vehicles.meta file here: ...\GTAV\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\f4ej\dlc.rpf\common\data\levels\gta5 with the vehicles.meta file in the download.
Just to confirm the livery, I'd click on the f4ej.yft or f4ej_hi.yft file to open the OpenIV Model Viewer to see what the model will look like with the new livery.
Once satisfied, close the model viewer and run GTAV and spawn f4ej with the trainer of your choice.
I've included my work file, in case you'd like to use it as the starting point for your own paint.
Enjoy,
Gillman

Awesome!!
@Solived Glad you like it. The Israeli paint is literally my earlier "Iron Eagle II" Phantom with the marking swapped, since all the aircraft in that movie were Israeli. I'm pondering posting paint for the F-16 single and two seaters and the Mirage 5 wearing Kfir paint. But I suspect I'm the only person on this site that remembers "Iron Eagle".
Thanks for your hard work. We may be the only ones to know about Iron Eagle.
