This download ONLY includes the texture, not the model itself. Therefore you'll have to download the model yourself with the link provided below!
Installation:
1. Download the model from https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/city-of-london-police-ford-mondeo-dog-section
2. Using OpenIV go to the location the vehicle files was installed to.
3. Using Edit Mode, Replace the two image files in the .ytd and +hi.ytd files.
4. Done Enjoy :D

It's okay, has basic features of the Met police. You'd want to make it a half battenburg otherwise it will mean it's traffic. Change the roof code to "01" that is the code for the MPS. Also make the shade of silver darker. It looks like a grey right now. Find a window code to add onto the side of the car, windows and roof.
