A texture based off of britishgamer88's 2017 vauxhall insignia estate as far as I am aware this is not an official vehicle used by Police Scotland at the moment, but I may be wrong.
Install Location: GTA V/mods/Update/Update.rpf/x64/dlcpacks/patchday15(or whatever patchday that you have installed the vehicle into)/dlc.rpf/x64/levels/gta5/vehicles.rpf.
Also rename the texture files included to whatever slot you have the vehicle in I have mine as Police(1)
