1º Open OpenIV
2º Go to update/x64/dlcpacks/patchday3ng/dlc.rpf/x64/levelsgta5/vehicles.rpf and open riot.ytd
3º Click edit mode and replace riot_body.png
4º Rebuild vehicles.rpf
5º Enjoy

This mod replaces the normal riot texture to a spanish police texture. If there is any problem just tell me in the comment section and I will solve it as fast as possible.
