For tk0wnz' 1999 Dodge Viper GTS ACR

I slam in the back of my dragula.


INSTALLATION:

1) Launch OpenIV, toggle Edit Mode, go to: update > x64 > dlcpacks > 99viper > dlc.rpf > x64 > levels > gta5 > vehicles > 99vipervehicles.rpf, then replace the 99viper.ytd file with mine.

2) Go to LS Customs and pick Livery #3.
