Download and Install Police Charger mod by tannertoby here as police2: https://www.gta5-mods.com/vehicles/marked-2012-dodge-charger

After downloaded, extract .rar folder.

Open OpenIV and navigate to GTAV>(mods)>update>x64>dlcpacks>patchday3ng>dlc.rpf>x64>levels>gta5>vehicles.rpf

In vehicles.rpf, find the police2.ytd (texture dictionary). Open that up and replace the chp file with the chp file downloaded here.

Use a trainer to spawn Police Cruiser (2) In game.
