These are converted shoes from Madlen's mods for ts4 to GTA V. I have received permission to convert these.

Open OpenIV
Click Edit Mode
mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\mpexecutive\dlc.rpf\x64\models\cdimages\mpexecutive_female.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_executive_01
This replaces the blue cropped cowboy boots.
Converted in Blender using Sollumz, it has a known bug that crashes OpenIV. So if you must look at the model before hand use CodeWalker.
