Installation:

It is the same step 2, just change the name.

Open your OpenIV: GTA V ...

and Go to

GTA V\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_players.rpf\player_one\

Search for uppr_diff_004_a_uni.ytd

press edit mode.

Select Him And press "SHIFT+INSERT"

Select your file and press open.

Now close edit mode.

And have a funny play ;)
