-delete the beginning of the files names : "mp_f_freemode_01^"
- Open OpenIV
- Enable "Edit mode"
- Drag and drop files here:\Grand Theft Auto V\x64v.rpf\models\cdimages\streamedpeds_mp.rpf\mp_f_freemode_01

FIVEM:
Drop files to youre clothes 'stream' folder it'll replace the cloth in the base game.
