Use mp_clothes mod for addons and simply rename file number to the one that suit your resource. Put the files in the path:
mods/update/x64/dlcpacks/mpclothes/dlc.rpf/
x64/models/cdimages/mpclothes_female.rpf/mp_f_freemode_01_mp_f_clothes_01
