The REAL beta franklin haircut from several prerelease screenshot's trailers and other things.
I'm working on a beta characters (random name will maybe change) mod that will add beta things to characters that were cut.
installation: go to mods/x64v/models/cdimages/streamedpeds_players.rpf/player_one
and drag and drop the file into the folder.
done.
