Adds a Skat suit (Also known as a bulat) as a ped for your own pleasure and amusement.
Includes 18 Skins, Change using head textures via trainer,
Installation:
Use Addon-Peds (https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/addonpeds-asi-pedselector)
, Or simply replace a existing ped.
Bugs: None so far I think but feel free to report.
