I know that. I've tried replacing the highway cop model before, but whenever I go in game, no workie. Which is weird since I can replace the regular cop models and the swat teams, but not highway cops for some reason.

@VunderGuy OpenIV has a search option for a reason. Search the models you want to replace and it will tell you all the folders its located in.

I recommend the option fast walk in simple trainer...

This is such a great mod and I agree with tony this is the best T1000 mod for this game I think. Does anyone know if this works with addon peds ?

@ATRO_ONE Spot on, but this would be much better if it had the model of him formless, like when he comes out of the fire after the truck explodes in the drainage ditch, as well.
