I (ikt) only updated the offsets. Original here, but I now maintain this mod. Following is the original description.
Customize your steering setup. With this you can increase or decrease your vehicle's steering
angles as well as disable R*'s auto-countersteer and speed-induced steering reduction. If you
decide you still need steering reduction, I've included an adjustable version that is an almost
exact copy of R*'s.
You can Enable/Disable the steering multiplier in-game for each vehicle as
well as set the default for new vehicles. You can also Enable/Disable R*'s auto-countersteer and
speed-induced steering reduction in game.
Default controls for in-game Enable/Disable are:
']'key for Steering Multiplier
'['key for auto-countersteer and steering reduction
If you wish to change these keys, there is a link to a list of keycodes in the settings file.
I recommend using Drift Assist with this script if you intend on drifting with stock handling. https://www.gta5-mods.com/scripts/drift-assist

@ikt hey! im just wondering if this is compatible with your steering wheel + manual transmission mod?
@oozh
No, similar functionality is already included as part of steering wheel support.
@ others
In a few weeks maybe.
@ikt Ah i see, thank you greatly for the response!
v1.8 - update patterns to work for v1604+
Older versions not supported, so grab the old versions for older game installs.
why it's not really auto loaded i have to turn it on every time i go in game even after set inside the .ini file to 1
its not auto loaded please help me :)
This mod fucks up my game. First time it made something stop working (which created error from Windows, and game crashed), next time the game actually started but was full of issues like things not loading. See picture: https://i.imgur.com/uuH1VUO.jpg
It went back to normal when I removed the files related to this mod.
@ikt Hello, Ive got some trouble because Ive seen some guy's video and he has bigger angle of steering wheel(this inside car) than vanilla GTA V. Vanilla is I think 90 degree but he could turn like 180 degrees. Do you know how or which script could he use? I can't find this video now because it was random recomennded live stram on fb :/
And sorry that Im writing it here because I didnt know where to write about it.
@ikt Can you change the toggle key or make editable from us?
my game keeps crashing everytime i get into a car, someone plz help me i literally bought a pc to experience this and id really appreciate it!!
First of all, I've basically stopped maintaining this mod by now. I've sort of integrated it into the Custom Steering feature in Manual Transmission with optional tunable parameters for stability control.
@adinhoa
Manual Transmission supports it since a while. It was possible before by messing about with steering angles and multipliers, but I just directly set the steering wheel bone rotation.
@FeeDNighT
Controls are in the ini.
@xtohoodrich
Probably you're running an old version of the game. Update it. Build 1604 and newer should "just" work.
@ikt Yea I've already figured it out, but thanks for reply :D One question will be possible for stancer to change every wheel separately? Size, width height etc ? :))
@adinhoa
In the VStancer page comments you can read why it's not implemented.
@ikt Okay sorry, didn't see that. One more question but I don't want to start a new comment on Manual Transmission topic. Do you think it is possible to make diff lock? Example rear diff lock? Sometimes with cornering only one wheel make burnout. I know it;s something with handling, but such option would be interesting.
@adinhoa
afaik all cars default to some kind of limited slip, don't think I can do a diff lock.
if you change the handling meta in the cars it would work you have to edit it in word pad and search for "steering" but if you set it to 300 it would rotate the wheel alot making it hard to drive and make the steering wheel go full rotation, i just want a mod that has a full rotation of the steering wheel making a slight angle on the wheels on the car each full rotation, but this only works on real life steering wheels
@Joshay
Manual Transmission can do this.
@ikt are you going to update this anytime man? Never used it but sounds so good if it worked
no longer works due to script mod being outdated
@ikt I think manual transmission enhanced steering no longer works, afaik there is currently no way to disable the games atrocious counter-steer :(
