Update 2.5:
-FINALLY i got an .ini configuration file working! Thanks to Julio, he helped me a lot, a great guy who created a lot of GTA IV mods (like the Iron Man, Spider Man, etc). Here is his facebook page https://www.facebook.com/GtaIVScripting.
Update 2.0.2:
-You don't need to buy or get a parachute anymore, the mod itself gives you one when enabled.
-No configuration file yet, i just can't do it. I need some help here to read the .ini file (in c++).

How to install:
Install Script Hook by Alexander Blade then drag the "Nice Fly.asi" and "nicefly_config.ini" files to the main GTA V directory.
Controls:
-Press H - to enable/disable.
-Hold LSHIFT to boost.
How to Fly:
-Jump high and hold S to gain altitute.
(W goes down as always)
Known Issues:
-A parachute is needed to fly.
Please report any issues in the comments.

@HunterHeadBr check my skydive mod, (no self promotion but I made it especially for gamepad)
For those people who like xbox 360 or xbox one controller support. I was able to get the flying to work by using the AntiMicro (free) software which maps your keyboard to your controller and it works fine. I only needed to map my right trigger to 'S' and now i can use that to accelerate with my xbox one controller. You can map 'S' to any trigger you like though.

Hello! I just tried this mod, I think it is wonderful, but shaking camera during the flight is very annoying to me (especially in the first person), but I found how to stop it.
1. Go into first person.
2. Get all weapons.
3. Choose minigun.
4. Hold L-SHIFT and W and shoot once.
5. Still hold L-SHIFT and W and rotate mouse wheel down to get grenade.
6. Still hold L-SHIFT and W and when the grenade is shown, press SPACEBAR (jump) and then S.
A similar option, how to stop shaking camera:
1. Go into first person.
2. Choose assault rifle.
3. Hold L-SHIFT and W and shoot once.
4. Still hold L-SHIFT and press SPACEBAR (jump) and then S.

But it used to fly without parachuts, is there a way to remove it ?

Sad that this mod no longer is being updated, However, biggest improvmement would be to have the controls respond to Gamepads, Since my xbox gamepad will not tigger or use any of the Mod's boosts or gameplay mechanics. :(

@a63nt-5m1th bro is there a way to permanently change the ('sky_diving_shake') camera movement to ('parachuting_shake') without using cheat engine each time we launch the game ? like editing the game files directly.. that'd be cool.
