I understood that this MOD's "weaponanimations.meta" is for changing the firing rate of weapons. So I was able to combine it with NPC style cover animations.

I wanted to know how this MOD's "weaponanimations.meta" works, and whether it's okay to leave it out.
I have a modified "weaponanimations.meta" so I am trying to manually install other files besides this one, but what is the function of your file?
