Addon:
First, go to gta5 / mods / update / x64 / dlcpacks
Make a new folder, title it "cookie39", and drag dlc.rpf into the folder.
Then, go to gta5 / mods / update / update.rpf / common / data
Edit dlclist.xml, add "dlcpacks:/cookie39/" above ""
Make sure to save.
To spawn the car ingame, use a trainer to spawn by spawn name and type "cookie39"

Nice.
Cool car and mod! Thanks for your good work @cookierich
Only few fixes needs for makin` this mod perfect. First, please make interior not shiny, but matte. Second, it would be cool if handling of the car would be a little bit drifty (like real M5 E39). And third, there is a file which needs to fix in .rpf archive. I write how to fix it in next comment.

If car doesn`t spawn in your game, you need to make a little fix. Go to the OpenIV and find a file: 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐬 > 𝐮𝐩𝐝𝐚𝐭𝐞 > 𝐱𝟔𝟒 > 𝐝𝐥𝐜𝐩𝐚𝐜𝐤𝐬 > 𝐜𝐨𝐨𝐤𝐢𝐞𝟑𝟗 > 𝐝𝐥𝐜.𝐫𝐟𝐩 > 𝐬𝐞𝐭𝐮𝐩𝟐.𝐱𝐦𝐥
Then find a line <nameHash>rs6abt20</nameHash> and change 𝗿𝘀𝟲𝗮𝗯𝘁𝟮𝟬 to 𝗰𝗼𝗼𝗸𝗶𝗲𝟯𝟵
That`s all! Now you can spawn and enjoy car in the game 🙂
