@eraycetin when you have the openiv+asi plugin installed YES. but i not recommend this

@Rasputin Thank you i will be carefull about that. cuz i dont want to copy + paste the files just for modding, it takes so many hdd space.

@eraycetin yes but it is much easier when you play online, you can just remove the asi plugin and thats it. all your mods deactivated and rockstar will not patch it back!

any updates? i was driving around and see two npc drive this car, but it was buggy :( like it use mod parts
