This Vehicle is by Madgaz and is still in beta however have some major fixes mostly texture fixes hope you enjoy. Fixed black skin issue.
Current Version Fivem 2.5: All users download this files, vehicle files are in the stream folder. ELS vcf can be downloaded seprately if you need it.
i just did the lights dont kill the messenger any other bugs i cant fix.

Some Easy Fixes::
if you dont like sideruners, turn off warning lights in ELS settings or use ELS UI menu. EXTRA 5 AND 6.
Light color change the texture for soundoff intersector to all whit. Will upload new light textures when i can been busy with work and school.(grill lights)
For LED Board change secondary pattern in ELS UI menu to suite your needs. LED is tied to extra 9 and 7. Maybe I'll add Extra 8 Slot one day. Adjust the pattern to your liking
Light Patterns: not realistic, so change the pattern in ELS UI menu. CTRL + P to open me u. Wake up ppl thats the purpose of ELS.
recommend using siren mastery so only your vehicle use the siren.

directory using OPEN IV
once ingame use a trainer to spawn the vehicle
this replaces the Romero Hearse
Change colour and wheels to suit
*known bugs*
driver position
low quality interior

@Candice_211 there is no XML file for ELS in downloaded folder, can you provide it to us?
@Candice_211 I find out XML in older versions, but have problem with entering of the car. The animation is skiped in both - entering and leaving car, any idea whats wrong?
the colisions is missing on one of the doors i belive, i need to upload a fixed version
@ArmaniAdnr i added a fivem version if you extract the vehicles files from that download the cols are fixed on that model, there is also a vehicle. meta if you need it.

updated in 2.5 Fivem Version, also not this version has fixed collisions, extract the vehicle files and you then in whatever install method via Fivem of SP

@Candice_211 Well yeah but I'm not sure how to make this use it once installed. I kind of don't want ambulances to be using the siren as well.
@QBit07 then use siren mastery cause if you replace the siren files Every emergency vehicles may use that siren

How to install it correctly? Where need i put all .meta files? What is a .lua file? Why after installing it like in description it doestn work?
@CallMeKing you have to download the version for your mod, for fivem doanload the fivem versions. this mod is old so the resource files will need to be updated to to fxmanifest.lua from rescourse.lua.
if you download the most recent files, there is a fix for the doors not openining, you can use the fixed vehicles files in anymod. this mod is only ELS
