This is a 2016 Ford Explorer Police Interceptor That I have made based off of one in real life.
Model - OfficerUnderwood
Lightbar - Whelen Legacy (Converted to GTA V from IV by Me)
Ions - Bueno
Interior by various people
Spawn name - PIN
dlcpack name - PIN
-------------------------------------------------------------------------
Installation:
1. Copy PIN folder to
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\ update\x64\dlcpacks or X:\Grand Theft Auto V\ mods\update\x64\dlcpacks
2. Use OpenIV extract
X:\Grand Theft Auto V\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
or X:\Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\update.rpf\common\data\dlclist.xml
then use notepad open it,add new line
dlcpacks:/PIN/
Save it and use OpenIV replace it.
3.Finished, go and test it in game!

Also some more unmarked cars would be welcomed since there is also non of them available as els add-ons.

@lowbotnoob Yeah I am not sure as to why them headlights are like that for me so i'm not to sure but ill try and get a new skin uploaded on it. I will maybe do some more in the future

@ArteX i recently instaled audi a8 and got the same thing with headlights there, then i searched on the comments for possible solution one guy said
"Open carvariations.meta of the add-on car, look for that line at the bottom of the text : <lightSettings value="XXXXX" /> and replace the numbers at the place of the "XXXXX" by 0, works for every vehicle that has that issue"
Works with your add-on to now i do have beams from the headlights :)

@Lukas_mtb you have to copy another ELS.xml for the FPIU from any other ELS vehicle.
