1.Go to : x64e.rpf >> levels >> gta v >> vehicles.rpf
2.Backup police.yft and police.ytd (Mod replace Police Cruiser With Crown Vic 1999 Model and My Highway Model)
3.Drag police.yft and police.ytd from Files folder inside Archive here x64e.rpf >> levels >> gta v >> vehicles.rpf

i appreciate the variety here changing all the textures in the cvpi its great to see different police around but the level of detail and appeal is at a low great job A+ for effort jus more attention to detail
seems to have problems when you walk away from it, it's fine but when driving the textures are flipping all over the place.
