Lack of a roof on a car does not necessarily mean it is a poverty-spec model. The SAHP indeed proves it is not a poverty-stricken police department when an Italian grand tourer track toy like the Carbonizzare joins the fleet. Why suffocate in a tight interior of a usual highway patrol squad car when you can fold down the roof, breathe some smoggy rural air while bolting through the highway with your lit red lamp and admire the crowd yielding before you. The V12 engine will make beating another record on the Great Ocean Highway a literal breeze in your hair.

This is Grotti Carbonizzare modified for San Andreas Highway Patrol usage.
Model name: hwaycarboniz
FEATURES:
All the model improvements shared with the civilian Carbonizzare:
• Body: new badges, new V12 engine model, improved black interior, extra spoiler, various smaller model fixes.
• Lighting setup: front dash steady-burn red and blue LED lighting, front bumper red LED lamps, rear deck traffic advisor lightbar, working spotlights with breakable glass (extra) and headlight flashers.
• Equipment: police radio, siren controller, police toughbook (lights up with engine ignition), wobbling antennae.
• Livery: 3 lore-friendly SAHP skins.
• Sound: V12 engine from Carbonizzare with police sirens and police radio chatter.
• All basic vehicle functions: breaking glass, dirt mapping, working engine animations, working retractable roof, all LODs etc.
