Having some practice making extreme offroad handlings.
This handling mod requires the original Dodge Challenger Raid to work.
In this case, I have edited the Raid's original handling fixing the inverted leaning bug, and tweaking the suspension's force, rebound, upper and lower limits, the engine power, and the grip/traction curve to make it feel like a big, heavy, powerful offroader. You will notice the chassis stays stable while racing across uneven terrain, and it is hard to destabilize in general. You can land almost any jump and race through most bushes and hills without the car spinning out.
The car's tires are able to clip through the ground, which gives it even more room to work with when dealing with the terrain, and helps a lot - but that was already in the original Handling file.
Installation
Using OpenIV, copy the handling.meta file to Grand Theft Auto V\mods\update\x64\dlcpacks\raid\dlc.rpf\data. You will replace the original handling.meta file that is there.

@Neophyte Industries "Baby come back 💕"
@Eddlm grazi! just dropped the lines in, you seem have a new hobby now :P
@ReNNie Way easier and quicker to do than scripting... Not a good sign :P
Any chance you'd be willing to pick up Realistic Driving and update it since you're doing handling mods? The original dev has abandoned it due to being busy IRL but I think he still occasionally checks in. It's done all the way to After Hours, so you wouldn't have too many vehicles to do.
@FreedomsFlame Sadly my style is more of a coherent arcade than realistic. I mostly work on suspension behavior rather than top speed, acceleration etc. Those usually are left as the original, or just edited to feel coherent. Not realistic.
Still not good. Not fun to drive. Asphalt 1/10, offroad 6/10. Suspenssion now works better and nicer. I think it need more grip, a bit sharper steering.
