Handling and settings for Volkswagen E-Lavida which turn those car into full-electric vehicle.

Features of handling:
- Semi-realistic performance, acceleration, handling and speed
- Stock car top speed - around 180 kph
Installation:
Run OpenIV for GTA V, than go to: mods > update > x64 > dlcpacks > volks > dlc.rpf > data - and replace file handling.meta
In the same folder go to the folder levels > gta5 - and replace file vehicles.meta
