@dem make sure to back up your original game config file before doing this
1st extract the game config file from "GTA V\update\update.rpf\common\data\" using openIV
2nd Back up your game config file in another folder
3rd Open the extracted game config file and change the values for the settings to the values listed below (I recommend using Ctrl+F to find each settings faster in the game config file).
<PoolName>Vehicles</PoolName>
<PoolSize value="900"/>
<PoolName>VehicleStreamRequest</PoolName>
<PoolSize value="150"/>
<PoolName>VehicleStreamRender</PoolName>
<PoolSize value="140"/>
<PoolName>HandlingData</PoolName>
<PoolSize value="800"/>
<PedsForVehicles_Base value="130"/>
<PedsForVehicles value="130"/>
<VehicleMemoryMultiplier value="800"/>
<VehicleUpperLimit value="200"/>
<MaxVehicleModelInfos value="900"/>
<MaxExtraVehicleModelInfos value="450"/>

There is someone that made a "car pack" and has included your cars with no permission. He also asks for donations on the same You Tube video. Don't know if you care or not but I thought I would let you know. Here is a link - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4CaIMfL8xvA

Any time I try to spawn the car it just tells me 'nsx4' not found. Can anyone help? Thanks
