It's very soothing to watch GTA behave more even slightly more like racing sim than GTA!
@ikt
Does the advanced flags used in this mod for curb boosting elimination, effect acceleration and top speed in any way from not using the flags?
My version is old 1.41 and doesn't support the flags just asking so that when I updated my game the acceleration data dont get messy,
Good work BTW
@Ramtin_ace_thm
Without the flag/on older versions it will do nothing. The car will accelerate faster on uneven terrain and reach speeds higher than intended.
@ikt so what you're saying is if you put a advanced flag on a car on the updated version of the game it wont change the acceleration and top speed on a flat surface like the airport, just the bumps wont increase your speeed all of a sudden which is GTA's famous bug
Certainly lives up to it's title. Pretty accurate.
@ikt where can i learn more about advanced handling flags and subhandlingdata ?
Found it, the advanced flags used in this mod completely fixes the curb boosting issue and makes suspension motion much more realistic even in high speeds at bumps, the only thing is, it decreases the drag so cars top out faster, it normally decreases drag at a certain ratio so to fix that use:
old drag value*1.2857142857142=fixed
However for some cars it might be different as the only way to make sure is to test the top speeds of cars at the airport and the speed which it stays constant without dropping is the maximum speed

GTA5-Mods.com has a Discord, we sometimes talk about handling: https://discord.gg/hwYVCmw
@Aquaphobic has consolidated information found, here: https://discord.gg/Gx46Zxu
@ikt thank you
@Ramtin_ace_thm that flag reduces drag? please contact me on Discord with proof
@Aquaphobic the flag decreases drag by increasing the car's ride height as the car speeds up, kinda bugged the downforce system which cars especially hypercars compress down due to downforce like when not using the flags 08000000, the 8 number in the flags has something about new downfoce mechanics, which messes up its system, but it manages to eliminate curb boosting,
Btw I need proper links to contact you on discord, as links in the comments dont work, or maybe there is a link on your profile, somewhere?
ITS PERFECT!!
