Make a new folder, name it "impala67ss", and drag dlc.rpf into the folder.
Then, go to gta5 / mods / update / update.rpf / common / data
Edit dlclist.xml, add "dlcpacks:/impala67ss/"
spawn name impala67ss
vehfuncs features - Working wipers and engine rotation --- Place the impala67ss.ini file in to your vehfuncs folder
