Car despawns when put in a garage and says "This vehicle cannot be stored in your garage" when I try to take it to Franklin's Grove Street garage.

So I figured out the persistence and garage issue. The files Rmod placed in the dlc include compatibility with a Car Dealership mod that makes the car unsavable without purchasing it from that dealership. Delete the XML pertaining to the shop located in the common section, and boom, car can be saved and stored.

How I you get the mode in the game

Bruh the games crash when I install this mode. An I am using a licensed version of gta v from steam

I don't have 2 options, I only have a rar file that can't turn into an OIV file

Unlike the real Sian, this mode is rear-wheel drive, so it feels like you're on ice.
To solve this, go to dlcpacks/rmodsian/common/data/levels/gta5/vehicles.meta and modify the value of <fDriveBiasFront> to 0.4~0.5.
This changes it to 4-wheel drive.
Comfortable driving becomes possible.
