This is a WORK IN PROGRESS.
Here's a beta version for you to have fun with and test while I am fixing some of the little bugs and details on it (Seating, etc...)
The file is UNLOCKED and totally free to use everywhere as long as you credit me or post the link to the original mod.
The template is in the archive and there's two skins for it already installed in the file. You can also change the colour of some parts on the boat in-game (PAINT1 and PAINT2). Most of the parts on the boat (Paddles, Rope, etc...) can be remove/add in your trainer (EXTRAS 1 to 5).
Have fun with it.

This is really really nice! I already took a shot of it in use as a swift water rescue craft. One comment would be that it seems to drive really really slowly?

Nice screenshot. Yes, it is a little bit too slow, you can raise the drive force value in the Handling file (one of the first values), something around 12-14 should be better. Sorry about that.@Hyfrith
@bobmat4 I might know a way of having the hands attached to the motor.
It would basically require the driver seat to be either a helicopter or aircraft pilot seat, that way you might be able to add hand dummies to the stick, so that the ped will grab those positions.
